This past March 20 was our organization’s yearly field conference. Alei & I had a great time of fellowship with other ACTION missionaries. We were blessed by their testimonies & encouragement. As Hebrews 10:24 & 25 says, “Let us consider how to stir up each other to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.” Believers need fellowship with one another. Alei & I were very encouraged to have that time with them. We are thankful for the friendships we have here with our fellow missionaries. They prayed for us & expressed their commitment to keep us in their prayers. And we also loved how we all sat in a circle and shared our prayer requests. Someone also expressed his desire to pray for the married couples in the field. It’s a wonderful team we have here!
Other than a great time of fellowship we also a wonderful time worshipping the Lord. I was asked to lead worship for this year’s conference. Along with me leading worship Alei was able to play the keyboard with me. Many people didn’t know that Alei knows how to play the keyboard. She used to play during Sunday worship services at her church. I suggested to my wife that we both play worship songs at the conference, so we took that wonderful privilege of serving the Lord through music together. It was awesome playing music with my wife for the Lord!
